D-Day

Your bib number will be checked at the entrance to the start corrals to allow you access to the one corresponding to your target time. Entry will be from the back of each corral. Volunteers will be there to guide you.

For your comfort during the race, starts will take place in waves of 400 runners.
The start time indicated corresponds to the first wave of each corral.
If you are running late, don’t panic! Simply go to the entrance of the next corral to start the race.

A free baggage storage service will be available on Sunday morning on Avenue Foch. You can drop off your (closed) bag starting at 7:00 a.m. and pick it up after the race.

👉 A baggage tag is included in your race bib envelope: make sure to attach it to your bag before handing it over to our event staff! We strongly advise against placing any valuables in your bag. You will be able to retrieve it after the race upon presentation of your race bib.

⚠️ A standard bag size is required (45 cm high – 36 cm wide – 20 cm deep). The organization reserves the right to refuse any bags exceeding these dimensions.

Your race bib must be visible and worn on your chest throughout the entire race. It must not be covered or altered. Anyone not wearing a bib will be removed from the event. To ensure the timing system works properly, make sure not to place it under your hydration vest.

Your time will start automatically when you cross the starting line. An intermediate timing point will also be set up at km 5 to record your split 🏃🏃‍♀️

Any participant not following the official course route will not be classified at the finish. ⚠️

⏱️ A time limit of 1 hour 30 minutes is also enforced by the organization to meet commitments made to authorities and ensure participant safety.

Runners overtaken by the sweep vehicle will be declared “out of the race” and will not receive an official result. If this happens, you will continue outside of the race setup, on open roads, and must strictly follow traffic regulations.

In each start corral, pace setters will be there to help you achieve your goals. 🎯

They will be easy to spot (wearing large feathers in the color of your corral) and can guide you in reaching your target time ⏱️

We want to make sure you have the energy you need to reach the finish line, so refreshment stations will be set up to help you push your limits! Toilets will also be available at each refreshment point along the course, as well as near the start and finish areas.

Please note: as part of our environmental commitments with the City of Paris, our hydration system is evolving, and we encourage you to come prepared accordingly.

To stay well hydrated while helping make the event more environmentally friendly, we encourage you to bring your own container so you can refill along the course (reusable cup, flask, hydration pack, etc.).

⚠️ No bottles or cups will be distributed on the course.

Volunteers will be there to help you refill your container, or you can do so yourself at self-service stations, as you prefer.

Together, let’s make this race a model of sporting and sustainable commitment! ❤️♻️
